By downloading, installing, or using the Patente Prep application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Patente Prep is a mobile application designed to help users prepare for Italian driving theory exams. The App provides practice questions, mock exams, explanations, and study tools in Italian, English, and Punjabi.
The App is an educational tool and does not guarantee that users will pass their driving theory exam.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using your email address or sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
Free Tier: The App offers a limited number of free practice tests without requiring payment.
Paid Subscriptions: Premium access is available through auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly or annual) or one-time purchases. Subscriptions are managed through Apple In-App Purchases on iOS.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Free Trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, questions, explanations, graphics, and design, is the property of Patente Prep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Official driving theory questions are sourced from public Italian government materials.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all questions and answers are correct or up to date with current Italian driving regulations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patente Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to failure to pass a driving theory exam.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App through Settings or your Profile page. Upon deletion, all your personal data, progress, and associated information will be permanently removed. Active subscriptions should be cancelled separately through your device's subscription settings before deleting your account.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
